A new amorality in the Middle East

Yeah, this is the thing that scares me most.  
Maybe I've read too much of Orwell, Atwood, Heinlein, etc, but once again 
we can watch them sneaking in something while everyone watches something 
else.  Sorta like an elephant walking through the room dusted with a 
healthy coating of Capn Trips.
