cigarette spam disclaimer

Speaking of SPAM, I got something clever today (might as well
give some credit where credit is due).
I have a mail address "CHV". I received a message which said:
> Fred,
>
> It was nice to talk to you today I will send the proposal tonight.
>
> Thanks,
> Heidi
At first I thought that poor Heidi had typed Fred's address wrong, and I was
about to reply to both of them so that Fred would know that Heidi was
thinking of him and so Heidi would realize that she had misaddressed the
note.
So I hit reply all and then I noticed that the reply address was
chvaljm@cis.net. (I bet that CHVALJM is a key which they can map
back to the full email address) I am sure that if I replied I would have
validated the address for them and gotten even more SPAM.
I also saw that "Heidi" also goes by marrisa691@cranfield.ac.uk.
They almost got me, Heidi and Fred.

Did anyone notice the disclaimer text at the end of the cheap cigarette spam
that was sent to fork? I've never seen one that basically admitted to
spidering.
"We received your address from a public place.
We apologise if this letter have reached you by mistake.
We'll not disturb you any more."
cheers,
