Put the following in your .procmailrc as the first rule after the file
defines, or after any work-specific rules.

* text/html
html-spam

It's amazingly effective, only gets a false hit about once every 2 weeks for
me, or about a 0.2% false-posotive rate.

Or in English: Almost all spam is now HTML, almost all real business knows
to send plain text, and certainly all mailing lists know better then
to send HTML *ahem*
