During the guts of the boom hitting 20 on 101 was a 3am-only sorta thing...
Now days it only slows down for about 10 min at 5pm, the cars are still
moving 20 SIDEWAYS tho... as 75% of people are on phones trying to kill
everyone in sight.

Only here can the immigrant psycho-drivers be the best drivers on the roads.
