Actually, the other aircraft routinely flying at 60,000-70,000 feet in 
any number was and is the U-2.  Which, despite the fact that it cruises 
at about 1/5 of the airspeed, has outlived them both.  First built in 
1955, U2's are still flying today

Sometimes slow and steady wins the race. :)
