I think that's your problem.  Outlook has a bug in rendering MIME-encoded
PGP-signed mails, and shows them as attachments.  (I can't actually recall
if Eugen's mails are PGP-signed, but that's my guess.)

Sending "traditional" PGP signatures, without MIME structure, works around
it, but is *clunky*.
