When this first came out, some guy from the Iraqi Governing Council
said that they were buying oil from Turkey for 98 cents with the same
services as Halliburton provided e.g., delivery to Baghdad.  I seem to
recall that the Halliburton price was quoted as about $1.6; I didn't
realise that that was the mark-up!
