Two comments. (1)  $100 million seems a pretty
high budget for this, even from IBM. (2)  The
first use of this technology seems to point to a
nich for people who are savvy about both
business constraints and consumer communication
on the web: boutique consulting houses to
rescue a company's online reputation. I wish I
knew how to market that service!
