fuel prices, especially for gasoline for our cars, usually decrease in the winter.  they go up in the summer when more families travel by automobile because familes, especially those who travel by car for their vacations - should HAVE to pay more.  by someone's reasoning.

CBC had a report early this week that fuel prices are going up due to the cold, I guess it's connected, can't find the link though, Bush might not be the only one to blame.

Ooops--that was supposed to be a private tease of Geege's racing
tendencies.  Truthfully gas in Southern California is very expensive
despite being right next to two international harbors.   I pay for
premium when I can get away with it....
