Word. I'm actually pretty set against the government compensating the 
families of 9/11 (Oaklahoma, etc.) victims. Wrong place, wrong time, and 
it sucks if your life insurance policy had a terrorism exclusion clause, 
but don't give them my tax dollars for it. OTOH, I think the 
compensation for being killed in combat are laughably small, if not 
downright offensive.
