Not Apache--Micro-Apache Generic Interface, aka Magi, and
yes it had "non-breaking" URLs/URIs even for dyanmic IP,
mobile and disconnected clients and worked invisibly across
single and double firewalls. It even had offline cache
and editing similar to Google's "Cache" tag.
