Behaviour constraints (not necessarily coded formally, though it's easiest
initially, and people don't scale as well as hardware) are the killer if
you've got a sea of evolutionary hardware as generator end.

Otoh, co-evolution is a good driver on its own, even with weak constraints.

Need lots of moles of switches, though. And possibly MW of power, or at least
kW. But then, power is almost free in Avogadro switch country.
