[FoRK] embedded HTTP servers

There was a matchbox-sized HTTP server a few years ago, as well as
various SIMM-sized solutions.  Once you have TCP, if I recall
correctly, it's not much code at all for a minimal server.

And in the Windows world, Google manages to deploy a small web server,
as well as a file system crawler and indexer, all inside of an
installation exe of ~ 500 KB.
