According to those in the mental health field (those who are out there,
as it were (nod to joe)) hypomania is more difficult to treat than
bipolarism.  For one thing, the sufferer ain't sufferin' - until they
overspend, speed, crash and/or burn.  They get to therapy via a judge's

Hypersexuality, on the other hand, is something to wish for.


(Hypomanics think their loved ones are lucky to know them.)

(Hypo)mania can be very difficult for one's emotional life
and even worse for those whom one loves. It's certainly not
something to wish for.
