That's nice.  Pity that Paypal prohibits it. ;)

Those vendors she talks about -- at least the Pakistani ones --
are breaking the Paypal TOS, since Paypal only supports accounts
in the following countries:

    Australia Belgie (Belgium) Deutschland (Germany) Canada France Italia
    (Italy) Nederland (Netherlands) Osterreich (Austria) Schweiz
    (Switzerland) United Kingdom United States Anguilla Argentina Brazil
    Chile China Costa Rica Denmark Dominican Republic Ecuador Finland
    Greece Hong Kong Iceland India Ireland Israel Jamaica Japan Luxembourg
    Malaysia Mexico Monaco New Zealand Norway Portugal Singapore South
