It seems a little better now, but maybe I'm imagining it (placebo effect?).
Processes are: GoogleDesktop, GoogleDesktopCrawl, GoogleDesktopDisplay,
GoogleDesktopIndex, GoogleDesktopOE, using about 12,000 K memory total. (In
contrast, Delphi is using 89,000 K memory). I don't think memory is the
issue. Maybe file accesses, or the Firefox thing Joe mentioned... I noticed
the slowdown mostly when switching windows and loading new web pages.
