Negative, of course. Have you not witnessed the horror that is Apple's Java
on OS X? (And nevermind that there's no Flash for x86_64)?

If you draw a testing matrix, OS browser and plugins are all independant
degrees of freedom. If you don't treat them that way, you're guaranteed
to get a nasty surprise, sooner, or later.

Of course this makes testing/QA really expensive real quick. It is only
prudent to relay These costs to customers who're asking for more platform
support. (Strangely enough, if said customers are confronted with the 
actual cost estimates, they quickly STFU, and cut back the supported platform
list to the bare minimum).
