Ha. Yes, we had that, too. An error message (which prompted our trip out
there) that a user received at that site Wednesday morning (which they did
not read - another peeve of mine) turned out to be "Access Violation", not
database connection related. We took responsibility, and assured them that
it was a totally separate issue and did not risk their data or their server.
They seemed mollified.
