Its Google's knee jerk reaction to Microsoft's $240 million investment
in Facebook. Nothing more nothing less.
Companies do things like these all the time - if your competitor makes
a move, you try to rain on the parade. Google is trying to rain on the
MS/Facebook parade right now.
