And a few more:

Clojure: Compiles into bytecodes for the JVM.  Lisp syntax, macros.
Common Public License


Jatha: (somewhat older) Lispy support library for Java.  LGPL.


Parenscript:  Compiles into Javascript (which is quite lispy IMHO)
based on Lisp syntax. BSD


My dissertation and several early projects were written in Common Lisp
and I still think it was the best overall environment for the sort of
smartish software I used to write.
