I don't think you did quite as good a job of selling the particular
piece of hardware as the other dude did :)

I understand their motives for making the primary format reflowable,
but it seems like it should still be able to fall back on
non-reflowable text (aka pdfs) when no good option is available.

[That is, unless the book industry had a hand in the design. But that
would never happen, would it?]
