Are we going to be fighting the same silly DRM battle with each new
device even when it is shown to be brain dead, a boat anchor and in
many regards something that just takes you down a vicious cycle of
break and patch break and patch in perpetuity?

As with mp3 players so to with most of the devices I have, if its DRM
use is something that will not let me use the device to its fullest,
its not going to be had.

Heck even my 13 year old has learned this. Her ipod is showing the "im
going to die soon" icon and has expressed she never wants an ipod
again(this is her 3rd). She is tired of having to use iTunes and has
lost more iTune store files then she cares to recall. Smart girl,
would that more folks wise up.

Ya know there is so much damage that can be routed around yet
otherwise smart folks not only keep falling into the same potholes
they are digging up new ones or redirecting others to fall into the
same old ones. Why?
