  Eh?  What question?

  "Or lets put it more simply....is any one person belief
   system worth the life of any other person?"

  I hardly even understand it.

  In some cases, the answer is, "Trivially true."
  (I mean, just consider the justice system,
   and "the findings of the court.")

  In other cases, "Trivially false."
  ("I believe that man over there is the debil!")

  In other cases, it's really hard to know.
  ("Scientists A, B, and C believe that experiment
    X will NOT create a black hole that will destroy
    the entire solar system.  Scientists D and E
    are not so confident.")

  So I guess I'm looking for greater clarity on the question.
