I'm not aware of one, though it might be a nice service to offer if one
had lots of free (or grant-supported) bandwidth.
Meantime, you might just need to set up your own DansGuardian proxy. A
cheap box with Smoothwall or ClarkConnect should do it. If you're still
in the area, FreeGeek can hook ya up with a nice li'l machine.
