I'd rather think Austin is Texas, but surrounded by rednecks.

Then again, we moved to the Valley (Mission, La Joya) just when I hit 
10th grade.  Parents do weird things and Australia changed their 
immigration rules, ok?  Finished HS and did three years at PanAm... 
yeah, had the motorcycle wreck and had crutches for almost a year... so 
much for a lot of shit I thought was going to happen.  To cut the story 
short, I moved to Austin.  Houston is ok, Corpus is weird, Dallas is 
nice but too prissy, Fort Worth sucks,  ditto El Paso, Lubbock is too 
cold and dry, San Antonio is too, too, well, why move from Edinburg to SA?

I like Austin.  It's always felt like home.

Tho now I live in Burnet.
