If the audience had any gonads at all, then ShrubCo would have been
carbon dioxide years ago. Passing the popcorn is not being merely complacent, 
it's sharing the guilt (no Nuremberg trials for you, but still).

And for that a bill  may  be eventually forthcoming, a bill 
which  may  ruin millions of lives, only this time in the 
heartland of current incarnation of the Evil Empire.
