[FoRK] Annual book poll: What are you reading this holidays?

Hm. In addition to sundry Canadian/Engineering job-search books:

1. "Simplifying power supply technology" by Rajesh Shah
(explains buck & boost regulators in a way I can grok)
2. "How to work a room" by Susan RoAne
(IE "how to overcome your introversion without pissing people off")
3. "Batteries in a Portable World"
(I've got a project or two in mind...)
4. "Out of the Earth: Civilization and the Life of the Soil" by Daniel Hillel
(Like Diamond's "Collapse", but from an agricultural angle)
