Excellent!  Another development along the lines of FaxYourMP.  Each call
costs ~2.5 cents/min (Regular US termination rate x2) and by calling the
caller, you probably get less trouble with abuse.  Tying it in through a
website gives the chance to have extra info about bill status, office
hours and such.

I hope he gets donations and grants to cover his time and expense.
