In terms of human lives saved eventually/$, that WTA fund-raise *might*
(depending on whether WTA activities have a measureable impact,
at 8 k$/last year it's hard to say, being so close to 0$) be hard to beat.

Short-term, antimalaria projects have a larger impact, agreed. 

Here's a suggestion: why not doing both?
