Hi,
I moderated a panel at a recent conference on The Business of Digital
Content. The panel itself explored the alternative branded content model
that is starting to emerge in response to the fragmentation of traditional
media channels - a topic very close to my heart!
I was asked by the conference organisers to put together a top-level
overview of the issues involved in making and publishing digital content,
which I presented as a mind map. It covers issues from the production,
valuation and distribution of content through to technology challenges like
DRM, encoding/transcoding and storage.
