Interesting...  and perhaps counterintuitive if you buy the whole  
markets / mass collab / wikinomics memeplex (...though otherwise  
entirely intuitive, particularly if, you know, you've ever paid any  
attention whatsoever to how group decision making works in vivo.)  How  
many politicians spoil the broth?  More than 20, apparently...
