They should raise it. The outflow of a million people from Manhattan to 
other countries would lower the rents :) And Clinton is already talking 
of moving the top tax bracket up to 39%...

So get off your butt and start a business, then you won't have to pay 
any taxes either, outside the US if you're smart.
