Thanks for the recommendation (you mentioned it back in July last year  
but again a couple of days ago, which is what prompted me to order it.

Of course, that's Russell K. Standish as opposed to Russell R.  
Standish. Oddly they are both Australian and I just discovered that  
Russell *R* Standish was killed in a car accident last Friday, a fact  
made even more odd by the fact that Russell *K* Standish's book begins  
with a description of him narrowly avoiding being hit by a car while  
on his bike.
