Which is what you proposed I guess.
It's fairly strange, surely, because any bits that come out of this
are no longer 'low probability'. They are really just low probability
if the RNG you were using was X, intead, it's Y. So what I mean is
surely low-probability can be in context of saving and using the 'not'
low probability numbers anyway.
