[FoRK] What's that tell you?

It was the Visual Studio Web installer, trying to download its 
components.  I don't know what happened overnight because Windows update 
restarted the computer....

Whatever the "spike" was, it lasted 4-8 hours.

Back to an older version, I have better things to do.
