It's looking more likely, but still far from a lock.

The 1 million seems to be very roughly:

  450K first weekend pop
  300K 3G weekend pop
  10K/day other days

Let's say there's another 1-million pop from international releases. And 
the daily background rate rises generously straight-line to 30K/day. 
Then over the next 14 months through June 2011 there will total sales of:

  1 million so far
  1 million pop from May 2010 int'l launches
+14mon*30day+20K/day = 8.4 million on usual days
  10.4 million through June 2011

Even throwing in a 2nd-generation pop in early 2011 (WiMAX! Video! USB 
ports! PixelQi screen!) of 2 million more doesn't reach 13 million.
