[FoRK] Inertial Mass != Gravitational Mass?

The only thing new in this new quantum theory is the quantum of human
dementia. That inertia and gravity are 'separated' has been a know
fact for at least a neat 80 years. This was first theorized by Viktor
Schauberger and the only thing is - no one knows about this. As they
say, welcome to la la land of quantum physics.
