$5 pre-money valuation for a company at just an idea stage is a pipe-dream.

5 founders is a really bad idea.  Most VCs look for 1-3 and won't touch 
any more as the equity incentives dilute too quickly.   [cite VC rule of 
5's on multi-round post-investment cap tables]
