With the low prices and low installations costs in Europe (not
sure about .ch) and suitable roof I would just roll your own.

I'm still thinking about putting up ~0.3 kWp in the spring, and
run it as 12/24 V DC insular, with a small 230 V AC converter
with maybe ~300 W peak to run small loads.
