Twain's 'lies, damned lies and statistics' immediately comes to mind here.

Not saying it's bogus but always wonder about the accuracy of the 
extrapolations for stuff like this.  Especially with such small sample 
numbers.

to 984 persons in 2009. Youths and young adults aged 12-25 years were
