[FoRK] Best undergrad for Computer Science in California?

Well, all I know is that that Berkeley, UCSB, Caltech, and UCLA are good
for quantum computing and complexity theory; but I'm thinking about the
graduate schools only, I know nothing of undergrad. I think I've heard that
Caltech makes all undergrads take QM, which is cool :)
