You have to pay to change delivery. They are horrible. All my packages end up in Santa Ana even though there's a dozen ups places closer.

Worked from home on the 8th but no delivery. This is what it currently says online. Note also I now have to pick it up at a UPS store instead of having it delivered at home. There's a "Change Delivery" but when clicked it says "UPS My Choice® features are not available for this package."
