[FoRK] Android, how to send non-contact calls to voicemail?

Well, two solutions are Google Voice and YouMail.  The other answer is that
it's handset dependent.  On iphone I think you can specify do not disturb
except for All Contacts which is a dynamic list based on your contacts.
