This one is *real* cute; they filed the suit the day after the patents
were issued. Independant invention perhaps, but unless there's a
situation much more like with DEC (where Intel actually received a
very early, very detailed Alpha presentation under NDA) it looks hard
to claim in this case that Intel "stole" anything.
