What I can't figure out (given the subject line) is why more Mexicans
haven't flamed you for insulting their country, which truly is a
separate nation with its own culture. I for one would really prefer if
you left Mexico out of it. How about changing the subject line to
"Canada is Minnesota for people who want worse weather" or something?
Maybe "Canada is Kansas for people that want a quieter lifestyle?"
Another benefit of comparing Canada to e.g., Minnesota, is that you
avoid the confusion of implying that Canada is truly a separate country
instead of just an odd number of states that would screw up our flag if
we had to add stars for them.
