Blind programmers

This isn't a new problem since GUI has been around for a while. Since
there are probably enough mainframes out there (and IBM is still selling
them..), I don't see a problem for existing programmers.

For new grads..UNIX maybe. Tough choices if they don't want to work in
older computers.

Perhaps things will go well for those who are "sight-impaired" because in
this job market, everyone is important.
