Once upon a time there was a limited market fro vegi fooods so they mostly
tasted like shit. Now, well its a whole differnt ball game. What they can
do with structured protiens and soy is pretty amazing. And this is from
some one who snobed it up in NYC for a good number of years, so dont even
go thier with "well you just dont know good food". You let me know how
many waiters know you at Smith and Wollenskys and then we will talk.
