Interesting. Maybe it started out that way. Or maybe it was Clinton and her
setting up Starr. I don't know how Janet Reno could authorize a wiretap on
all this and not tell Clinton.

Then again maybe it's as stupid as it looks. I don't think Starr has an IQ
over 40 mhz.
