bill went to harvard. *everybody* who goes to harvard, even poor kids, are
sensitive to the charge of having no class. bill was obviously stung to the
quick. i believe steve also called ms product boring. since 98% of all
people who go to harvard are monumental bores, this is also a very touchy
subject among them.
basically, jobs scolded gates into helping apple.
